Problem Statement:
I am the owner of a Pizza
Delivery Centre. Understanding the tough competition in the existing market, I
decide to have an edge over my competitors by making an online booking system
for my service station.
System:
To make an online booking system
using the cloud Zoho application for Pizza Delivery Centre where a customer can
order according to his need and options given, and make bookings.
Functional Requirements:
1. HOME SCREEN: The customers should be able to get a basic knowledge
about the service provided and the online booking on a page.
2. MENU: The customers should be able to see all the options available
for purchase, snapshots should be given to make him understand the options.
3. PRICES: From the MENU page, on hitting “ENTER” button, the customers
should be able to select from various kinds of requirements like veg, non-veg
etc from a Check List menu. I plan to
give special discount on Thursday,
so prices should get changed accordingly.
4. ORDER INVOICE: Here, the customers should also be able to view the
amounts associated with each quantity given by him/her. There should be a PLACE
ORDER button in this screen.
5. CONTACT: Here, the customer is
required to give his Name,Mobile no., emailId etc. for further communication. On
successful completion an order invoice should be sent to the customers on the
registered emails.
6. FEEDBACK: After customer is
delivered the order, later part he/she can give Feedback to Customer Care.
